The Particpants …. will be on tour every day with the motorbikes and the accompanying vehicle which will set up the pic-nic lunches in some very nice remote areas The accompanying guest …… can in addition to the included two days wildlife gamedrives book additional gamedrives and excusions against a charge at the lodge, or relax at the pool or at the animal lookout terrace, or join the accompanying vehicle which follows the motorbikers - free of charge Eveyone conveniently meets back at the Sagala Lodge in the late afternoon for a get together, a refreshing dive into the pool, a nice warm shower, a drink at the bar and a romantic dinner under the stars. We do not ride motorbikes in the National Parks. We ride in convoi and the pace is set by the tour leader in charge. Overtaking, speeding and detours will not be permitted. All activities are subject to our general terms and conditions Program Day 1 Pick up from Mombasa or Nairobi Airport (or from your hotel) and Transfer to Sagala Lodge. Allocation of Bungalow, lunch, introduction, relax at the pool or at the animal terrace leisure, dinner under the stars and overnight at Sagala Lodge Day 2 After breakfast allocation of motorbikes and test riding in the the vicinity of Sagala Lodge (5000 acres private land) After lunch tour along the Sagala Hill Escarpment to Mount Kilimanjaro lookout point (aprox 80 km). Dinner and overnight at Sagala Lodge Day 3 Tour along the Maungu Escarpment to and around Mount Kasigao (aprox. 120 km). A pic-nic lunch is arranged by the accompanying vehicle and staff. After lunch return to Sagala Lodge Day 4 All day animal wildlife viewing gamedrive by car to Tsavo East National Park with packed lunches Day 5 Tour the Sagala Hills (only 50 km but rough and steep in parts) and enjoy a pic-nic lunch and the breathtaking view at the summit Day 6 All day gamedrive by car to Tsavo West National Park with packed lunches Day 7 Tour the Taita Hills up to Wundany and beyond (aprox. 100 km). Pic-nic lunch at the summit Day 8 Depending on the departure time transfer either very early morning or during the day back to Mombasa or Nairobi Airport (or to your individually selected hotel) Notes For those who would like to ride longer distances we can subsitute the wildlife gamedrives days with tours to Lake Jipee at the Tanzania border (260 km return) and / or with another tour on a different route to the Taita Hills (120 km) The park entry fees to the national parks for the wildlife gamedrives by vehicle are not included in the prices and must be paid by each participant individually at the park entry gate We ride on Yamaha Enduros imported from Europe. We have a choice of the easy to handle DT 125 , the famous XT 600 Tenere and for the experienced rider the 600 TT |
